Experience: 3+ years

Salary: AUD 1,350 - 1,890 / month (Based on experience)

Expected Notice Period: 2 to 4 Weeks

Shift: (GMT+10:00) Australia/Brisbane (AEST)

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for driving and delivering the online lead generation strategy, developing and implementing the SEO blueprint, leading online advertising initiatives, driving website revitalization, and creating compelling online content. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in digital marketing, a deep understanding of SEO and online advertising, and the ability to drive website optimization to enhance the overall online presence.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online lead generation strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyse and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.

SEO Blueprint Development:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to develop a robust SEO blueprint.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust the SEO strategy accordingly.

Online Advertising Initiatives:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, and display networks.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs and objectives.

Website Revitalization:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the revitalization of the company's website.
  • Implement user experience (UX) improvements and ensure the website aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance website performance and user engagement.

Compelling Online Content Development:

  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Develop compelling and shareable online content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure that content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience.

This Role Requires:

  • Proven Experience: Between 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, SEO, and online advertising.
  • SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and proficiency in SEO tools.
  • Advertising Proficiency: Hands-on experience with online advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Web Analytics: Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen understanding of storytelling and engagement.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, algorithms, and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
