Responsibilities
Build and Manage a Social Media Presence
- Manage and grow the company's social media profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Engaging social discussions about the company, competitors, and the industry.
- Drive relevant traffic and leads through social media presence.
Content Strategy and Distribution
- Manage an editorial calendar to drive qualified traffic to owned content (e.g., blogs, webinars).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to distribute engaging content that supports goals.
- Run and track social promotions and campaigns.
Lead Generation, Campaign Management, and Performance Optimization
- Run ad campaigns to generate leads while staying within budget and adjusting as needed.
- Convert site traffic into marketing-qualified leads using calls-to-action, landing pages, and content.
- Optimize lead nurturing through email, content, and social channels.
- Track performance, analyze conversion data, and continuously refine processes to improve results.
Requirements:
- At least 5+ Years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
Social media expertise
- Active and well-rounded personal presence in social media,
- Proficiency in using social media software to monitor social media conversations
Domain knowledge
- Strong understanding of the B2B and Software.
- Must have handled IT services marketing and Product Marketing
Marketing Knowledge
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on using data to optimize blog marketing strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to the business's content style.
The candidate should possess knowledge of all the segments below. He/She should be hands-on with Digital marketing and any other two disciplines.
