What we do
Lucidity is a company that provides an automated NoOps disk auto-scaler for cloud storage across AWS, Azure, and GCP. It addresses over-provisioned block storage by dynamically scaling capacity, increasing disk utilization to around 80% from 25-35%. This results in cost reductions of up to 70% for businesses. About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for and the owner of Lucidity's end-to-end digital strategy, including both paid marketing and organic marketing programs. Your responsibilities will include creating and running paid marketing programs on channels like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. At the same time, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a content calendar covering organic content like company blogs, social media and communities. In this role, you will own clear objectives in terms of traffic, leads and pipeline generation.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a demonstrated experience of building and executing content calendars as well as a deep understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute campaigns that include: paid digital, email, SEO and more
- Prepare and execute a content calendar with a diverse mix of content types targeted at the cloud engineering/developer audience
- Create and run paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and Google
- Continuously test multiple ad types on channels like LinkedIn Ads to understand the best ROI generating vehicle
- Execute data-driven content strategies to support growth marketing initiatives, optimizing content for SEO and audience engagement
- Continuously perform conversion experiments in order to increase leads and opportunities
- Implement efficient content creation workflows, emphasizing collaboration and adherence to deadlines to streamline the production process (ideation and research to drafting, editing and final publication)
- Establish regular communication channels with product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to remain informed about product developments, industry trends, and valuable customer feedback
- Prioritize gathering detailed market research and customer insights to create targeted, relevant content that resonates with specific audience segments
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition.
- Create and manage funnel-specific content that drives customer acquisition, from awareness to conversion stages.
- Work closely with a growing sales team to facilitate movement throughout our entire Sales & Marketing funnel
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
- Prior experience working with products targeted at developers/cloud developers will be preferred
- Excellent writing and communication skills, especially in terms of blogs, whitepapers and the ability to build clear narratives
- Ability to synthesize information from disparate sources into a cohesive narrative understood by a technical audience
- Experience managing freelancers, including deliverables and timelines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with marketing technology and CMS platforms like Hubspot, Webflow
- Ability to own projects and execute independently with high-level directional support
- Ability to understand a highly-technical product
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and ability to judge the kind of content that can rank
- Understanding of AEO and GEO principles
