Role Overview

We are looking for a results-drivenDigitalMarketingLeadto plan, execute, andoptimizeourdigitalmarketingefforts across channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience insocial mediamarketing, SEO,performancemarketing, campaign strategy, analytics, and team collaboration to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.DigitalStrategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensivedigitalmarketingstrategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, andoptimizecampaigns across paid and organic channelsincluding,social media, email, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Managemarketingfunnels to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

2.Social MediaMarketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies acrossallplatforms.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and platform growth strategies.
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and brand interactions to improve community engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics andoptimizecampaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing social media creatives and videos.

3. SEO & ContentMarketing

  • Lead SEO strategy including keyword research, on-pageand technical SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content and landing pages.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using tools like **GoogleAnalytics, **Google Search Console, andmarketingdashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

5. PerformanceMarketing

  • Manage paidmarketingchannels such as **Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Optimizecampaigns based on ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and conversion flows.

6.MarketingAutomation & CRM

  • Manage emailmarketingcampaigns andmarketingautomation workflows.
  • Integratemarketingcampaigns with CRM systems to nurture leads.

7.LinkedIn, Google & Email Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, andoptimizeLinkedIn advertising campaignsfor B2B lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage andoptimizeGoogle Ads campaignsincluding Search, Display, and remarketingto drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and executeemailmarketingcampaignsincluding newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuouslyoptimizetargeting, creatives, and messaging to improveCTR, conversions, and ROI.

8. Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Develop lead generation strategies using SEO, paid ads, contentmarketing, etc.
  • Create high-converting landing pages and CTAs,optimizingthem for higher conversion rates.
  • Track andoptimizethe lead funnel, ensuring that leads are nurtured.

9. Online Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews and social media mentions of the brand andengage withcustomers.
  • Use reviews and testimonials to enhance trust and credibility for the brand.
  • Develop strategies to improve online sentiment through positive PR, customer service, and engagement efforts.

10. Trend Monitoring and Innovation

  • Stayup-to-datewith emergingdigitalmarketingtrends, tools, and technologies to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Implement new techniques (such as AI-drivenmarketing, automation tools, chatbots) where applicable to drive efficiency and results.

11. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Mentor, guide, and evaluate thedigitalmarketingteam to achieve their individual KPIs.
  • Organize regular training sessions to update the team on the latestdigitaltrends and tools.
  • Conduct regular review sessions of the team toascertainfulfilment of their KRA's/Targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 68 years experience inDigitalMarketingteam handling and performancemarketingownership.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree inMarketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relatedfield.
  • Certifications indigitalmarketingplatforms such as GoogleAds, Google Analytics, or social mediamarketingcertifications.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to convert insights into actionablemarketingstrategies.
