Job Overview:
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients across industries. This role plays a critical part in driving the agency's growth by generating high-quality leads and building a strong sales pipeline for digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and prospect potential clients through online platforms, social media, and industry directories
- Build and execute organic lead generation strategies
- Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including content posting, connection building, and engagement
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through automated workflows
- Develop and optimize lead magnets, landing pages, and funnels to drive inbound leads
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies
- Nurture prospects and convert them into paying clients through strategic follow-ups
- Promote digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, etc.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and performance tracking
- Target and engage international clients (US & Canada preferred)
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a digital marketing or B2B service-based
- company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify high-quality prospects.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.)
