Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Digital Growth & Performance Lead to head our digital marketing operations. This role will oversee the full marketing funnel strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, and team leadership across all major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage data, creativity, and industry expertise to grow our global audience and enhance customer acquisition.
This is a senior role with significant responsibility, autonomy, and growth opportunities for a candidate capable of building and leading the company's entire digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house digital team for consistent performance and innovation.
- Manage and optimize monthly marketing budgets with clear ROI targets.
- Performance Marketing
- Plan, run, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads & B2B Marketing
- Track and maximize KPIs such as CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Ensure continuous improvement of organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
- Social Media & Content Marketing
- Lead content planning, publishing, and channel-specific strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and others.
- Oversee creative direction and quality of all digital content.
- CRM, Automation & Communication
- Manage email marketing (newsletters, automation flows, drip campaigns).
- Oversee WhatsApp Marketing & WhatsApp API-based communication setups.
- Ensure seamless lead generation, nurturing, and conversion workflows.
- Website & Analytics
- Manage website optimization, user journey design, and landing page performance.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio to generate insights, reports, and action plans.
- Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, industry trends, and platform updates to refine strategy.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 58 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven expertise in:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO (technical + content-focused)
- Social media strategy and digital content planning
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.)
- WhatsApp Marketing & API
- WordPress / CMS management
- LinkedIn marketing & lead generation
- Strong analytical ability with deep understanding of data tools and dashboards.
- Excellent English communication skills verbal and written.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Experience in the travel/tourism sector is a significant advantage.
