Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert prospects into customers.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure optimal
performance and growth.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the success of the
department.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social
media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness and ROI
Content Strategy:
Develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support marketing objectives.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content for digital
channels.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Website Management:
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website to ensure a seamless user experience and maximum
visibility in search engine results.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement updates and enhancements as needed.
Budget Management:
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes within
budget constraints.
Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular reports to stakeholders on budget performance.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience for more than 6 years in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and
projects.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels
of the organization.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and ROI.
Certifications in relevant areas such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot are a plus.
