Role Summary
We're looking for a high-impact Digital Marketing Lead to drive B2C growth across performance marketing, content, influencer strategy, and brand building.
This role requires someone who can own strategy + execution end-to-end not just manage agencies, but drive real business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the overall digital growth strategy
- Lead paid marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
- Drive performance, scaling, and ROI improvement
- Oversee content direction across ads, website, social, and email
- Build and manage influencer & UGC ecosystem
- Strengthen brand positioning through storytelling and campaigns
- Work on website optimization, conversion, and customer journey
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for execution
- Track performance and drive data-backed decisions
What We're Looking For
- 610+ years of experience in digital marketing / D2C / eCommerce
- Strong understanding of performance marketing + content strategy
- Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams
- Good instinct for what content converts vs what just looks good
- Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand building
- Strong ownership mindset and execution speed
- Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to growth
Tools & Platforms
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Shopify ecosystem
- GA4, Microsoft Clarity (or similar analytics tools)
- Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)
