1 Performance Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads
- Monitor and improve CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversions
- Prepare performance reports and insights
- Support landing page and ad funnel optimization
Ideal Candidate
- Strong interest in paid ads and analytics
- Basic hands-on experience running ads (even small budgets)
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
2 Growth Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Work on lead generation funnels & conversion optimization
- Assist with landing pages, CRM, email & WhatsApp campaigns
- Analyze user journey and identify drop-offs
- Support experiments for growth, retention, and scaling
- Collaborate closely with founders on growth strategy
Ideal Candidate
- Curious, analytical mindset
- Strong understanding of funnels and customer journeys
- Interested in scaling startups through experimentation
3 Social Media Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule posts, reels, and captions
- Track social trends, competitors, and engagement metrics
- Support brand storytelling and content strategy
- Assist with community engagement (comments, DMs)
- Coordinate with designers and marketing team
Ideal Candidate
- Creative and content-driven mindset
- Strong understanding of Instagram & content trends
- Basic Canva skills are a plus
Common Requirements (All Roles)
- Completed a Digital Marketing course (Preferred)
- Fresher / early-career candidate with strong learning intent
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Tamil preferred)
