About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Digital Marketing Freshers / Interns who have a strong interest in SEO and/or Social Media Marketing (SMM). This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a digital marketing course or have built hands-on experience through learning, practice, or personal projects and are now looking to work on real client projects.
Based on your skills and strengths, you will be aligned with either SEO-focused projects or Social Media & Ads-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on live SEO and/or Social Media Marketing projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- For SEO-focused profiles:
- Keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, and basic technical SEO tasks.
- Understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (basic to intermediate level).
- For SMM-focused profiles:
- Content planning, social media posting, engagement tracking, and performance analysis.
- Assisting in managing paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads) if interested and capable.
- Support ongoing campaigns by executing assigned tasks accurately and consistently.
- Learn and follow structured processes, report daily/weekly progress, and continuously improve based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team and grow into independent ownership of projects over time.
Requirements
- Fresher or Intern with a strong interest in Digital Marketing.
- Must have basic to good understanding of SEO or Social Media Marketing, gained through:
- A digital marketing course, OR
- Self-learning and hands-on practice, OR
- Internship, freelancing, or personal projects.
- Good command over spoken and written English (important for content understanding and client work).
- Ability to understand instructions, ask the right questions, and execute consistently.
- Willingness to work from the Vadodara office (Work From Office only).
- Positive attitude, learning mindset, and long-term growth intent.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Hands-on practice in ranking a website, blog, or personal project.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, CMS (WordPress), or social media scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing / SEO / SMM.
