Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of online marketing initiatives to increase Weskill's visibility and engagement with undergraduate learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation and scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing ideas to improve digital outreach strategies. The intern will help track basic web and campaign metrics, conduct competitor and audience research, and participate in drafting short-form copy for posts, emails, and landing pages. Collaboration with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging will be a key part of the role. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible learning and exposure to real-world digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Ability to support Social Media Marketing activities, including content creation and community engagement.
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics and comfort working with data to interpret campaign performance.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic marketing tools (e.g., analytics dashboards, email marketing tools) is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
