Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring online campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with content creation for social platforms, scheduling posts, and engaging with online audiences. The role also involves helping track performance metrics, compiling reports using web analytics tools, and making data-informed recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. The intern will collaborate with team members, participate in brainstorming sessions, and contribute to market and competitor research to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including platform best practices and audience engagement.
• Basic understanding of Web Analytics and ability to interpret key performance metrics.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team setting.
• Familiarity with common digital tools (e.g., social media schedulers, Google Analytics, basic design tools) is an advantage.
• Relevant coursework or academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
