About the Role
We are looking for motivated and hands-on Digital Marketing Interns with strong foundational knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable working independently on campaigns, creatives, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta Ads)
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Quora Ads
- Create high-quality, visually engaging graphic posts independently (static, carousel, basic motion preferred).
- Write compelling ad copies, captions, and basic landing page content aligned with campaign objectives.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPL, conversions, and engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations.
- Analyze audience behavior, ad performance, and funnel metrics using platform dashboards and basic analytics tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of:
- Facebook & Instagram (Meta Business Manager)
- Google Ads (Search, Display basics)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Quora Ads (basic understanding acceptable)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to design engaging creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or similar.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Prior internship, project, or freelance experience in digital marketing.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Experience working on lead-generation or performance-driven campaigns.
