Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Onsite

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and have working knowledge of AI tools to improve campaign performance, targeting, creatives, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copies.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-backed optimizations.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Create performance reports and insights for management and clients.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
  • Use AI tools to enhance ad copies, creatives, targeting strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid marketing, automation, and AI-driven advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
  • Experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Ad Creative AI tools, automation platforms, or predictive analytics tools.
  • Understanding of funnel marketing and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO basics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
  • Experience with automation tools and AI-based bidding strategies.
  • Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation.
  • Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
