Job Summary:-
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and have working knowledge of AI tools to improve campaign performance, targeting, creatives, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CPA.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and copies.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-backed optimizations.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Tag Manager.
- Create performance reports and insights for management and clients.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
- Use AI tools to enhance ad copies, creatives, targeting strategies, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in paid marketing, automation, and AI-driven advertising.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Experience in lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Ad Creative AI tools, automation platforms, or predictive analytics tools.
- Understanding of funnel marketing and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with automation tools and AI-based bidding strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and marketing automation.
- Experience working with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
