About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-driven intern to support ourLinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and business development activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in digital marketing, client communication, and B2B lead generation. You will work closely with the growth team to identify prospects, execute outreach campaigns, and generate qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute structuredLinkedIn outreach campaignsusing predefined messaging sequences.
  • Identify potential clients, founders, and decision-makers across relevant industries.
  • Engage with leads through LinkedIn messages, comments, and follow-ups.
  • Support the Business Development team by scheduling calls, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining strong communication with prospects.
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools.
  • Assist in creating outreach content such as short personalised messages, connection notes, and follow-up scripts.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align outreach with campaign goals.
  • Track outreach performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and optimisation suggestions.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with prospects.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or B2B outreach concepts (training will be provided).
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and outreach automation tools.
  • Prior experience in outreach, sales, or business development.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage.
