Digital Marketing Intern

Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for a Digital Marketing Intern based in Pune City. The Digital Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and player engagement. The role will involve assisting with content creation for digital channels, monitoring online communities, and responding to basic player inquiries or comments as directed. The intern will help track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare simple reports, and suggest optimizations based on data. Collaboration with the marketing and game development teams will be essential to align campaigns with game updates, events, and releases.
Qualifications

• Foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in promoting games and engaging online communities.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and channels such as search, display, email, and influencer collaboration.
• Ability to use or learn Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and support data-informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in gaming and digital entertainment; familiarity with popular game genres and platforms is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under guidance and meet agreed deadlines on-site in Pune.
• Basic design or content creation skills (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) are a plus.
