Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Design social media posts, banners, reels, and promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest strategies to improve reach and visibility.
• Capture photos and videos during company events for social media promotion.
• Write creative captions, employee spotlights, company updates, and event announcements.

Marketing & Branding

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support employer branding initiatives to showcase company culture and achievements.
• Coordinate with leadership and HR teams to create promotional content.
• Help maintain and enhance the company's online presence.

Employee Engagement & Event Management

• Organize and coordinate internal events, celebrations, festivals, Fun Fridays, sports activities, and employee recognition programs.
• Plan engagement activities to boost employee morale and participation.
• Create event invitations, posters, announcements, and communication materials.
• Collect employee feedback and suggest ideas for improving workplace engagement.
• Ensure smooth execution of in-house events and activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong creativity and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Good organizational and event coordination skills.
• Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, HR, Media, or related fields.
• Experience managing college events, social media pages, or clubs will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of content creation, photography, or videography is a plus.
