Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team.

This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced

world of D2C ecommerce. The successful candidate will assist in various digital marketing

activities, contributing to our brand's online presence and driving sales. This role is ideal for a

proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic and results-oriented

environment.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:

o Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media

platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).

o Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and direct messages, and

respond appropriately.

o Assist in running social media campaigns and analyzing their performance.

o Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

• Content Creation:

o Assist in creating content for blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, and

social media.

o Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.

o Assist in creating visual content, including images and videos (basic graphic

design skills are a plus).

o Assist in writing compelling product descriptions.

• Email Marketing:

o Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns using email marketing

platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)

o Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance.

o Help develop and implement email automation workflows.

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

o Assist in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis.

o Help optimize website content and product pages for search engines.

o Assist in building backlinks and monitoring website traffic.

o Assist in monitoring google analytics.

• Paid Advertising (PPC):

o Assist in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like

Google Ads and social media ads.

o Monitor campaign performance and provide reports.

o Assist in A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages.

• Analytics and Reporting:

o Assist in tracking and analyzing website traffic, social media engagement, and

campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

o Prepare regular reports and presentations on key metrics.

o Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies.

• Customer Service Support:

o Help respond to customer inquiries on social media and through email.

o Assist in monitoring customer reviews and feedback.

• Market Research:

o Assist in researching industry trends, competitor activities, and customer

preferences.

o Help identify new opportunities for growth.

• General Support:

o Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.

o Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in digital marketing and ecommerce.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of SEO and PPC concepts is a plus.

• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) are a plus.

• Knowledge of google analytics is a plus.
