About the RoleWe're looking for a creative yet analytical Digital Marketing Intern who can think like a storyteller and act like a growth hacker. You'll work across email marketing, Meta ads, and creative strategy turning data into ideas that sell.
Your focus will be building email campaigns and automations that drive repeat sales, while also supporting our paid ad strategy with insight-backed creative testing. You'll learn how to make people click, buy, and come back through design, copy, and timing that convert.
This isn't a post on social media internship. You'll work on real revenue channels, test your ideas live, and see instant impact.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, write, and optimize email campaigns and flows (welcome, cart recovery, post-purchase, re-engagement)
- Support and analyze Meta ad campaigns audience testing, creative feedback, and performance tracking
- Build campaign calendars for product drops, sales, and seasonal promotions
- Research trends, hooks, and subject lines that grab attention and drive clicks
- Coordinate with the design team to align visuals, copy, and offers across channels
- Monitor key metrics (open rate, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) and suggest improvements
- Learn and apply A/B testing principles across email and ad creatives
Requirements- Strong interest in email + performance marketing for eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Meta Ads Manager (bonus if you've used both)
- Good grasp of data and analytics understands what metrics mean and how to improve them
- Creative thinker who can write engaging copy and identify what visually converts
- Eager to learn fast, experiment often, and work from our Bangalore office
