Job Description:
Janitri is redefining how hospitals, clinics, and governments manage maternal and newborn health through technology-driven solutions. We're looking for a B2B and B2C Marketing Intern who's excited to learn how to market medical technology to institutions, not individuals.
This is a high-learning, high-impact role where you'll get hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign planning, content writing, sales support, and hospital outreach.
What You'll Do:
Assist in launching LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp outreach campaigns
Help create and maintain lead databases of hospitals, government contacts, and NGOs
Draft professional messages, emailers, and case study briefs for institutional outreach
Work with design/content teams to develop hospital brochures, decks, product sheets
Research competitor positioning, hospital decision-making structures, and state tenders
Help build case study repositories and regional insights for sales teams
Track campaign KPIs like open rates, response rates, MQLs, and report weekly performance
Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and campaign alignment
Maintain and update CRM records in Zoho or equivalent tools
