Job Title: Digital Marketing / Social Media Intern
Internship Duration - Up to 6 Month - WORK FROM OFFICE
Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media
Intern to support our marketing efforts across social media, content, website management, research, and campaign execution. This role also involves close coordination with the founder and marketing team on planning, follow-ups, and executionmaking it ideal for someone who wants
hands-on, real-world exposure to how digital marketing actually works.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market, ICP & Competitor Research
Conduct ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) research
Study market trends and share key updates
Analyze competitors content, positioning, and campaigns
Present insights in a simple, actionable format
2. Content Strategy & Creation
Research content ideas for social media, blogs, and campaigns
Assist in content planning, script writing, and storytelling
Help execute content ideas into posts, reels, and carousels
Maintain and update the content calendar
3. Social Media Management
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Schedule and publish posts, reels, and stories
Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs
Support community management and timely responses
4. Website & SEO Support
Update and manage website content (blogs, landing pages, visuals)
Ensure content is SEO-friendly and accurate
Perform basic website checks and updates
Assist with keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
5. Campaign Execution & Analytics
Support execution of digital marketing campaigns
Track performance using basic analytics tools
Prepare simple reports on reach, engagement, and traffic
Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns
6. Founder & Marketing Support
Assist with calls and meeting coordination
Handle follow-ups and message tracking
Maintain and update lead sheets / CRM
Help plan and coordinate roadshows or events when required
Ensure ideas move from planning execution
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in: Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
Familiarity with tools like:
Canva
WordPress
Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Willingness to learn, execute, and take ownership
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
Basic video editing or reel creation skills
Exposure to SEO or content marketing
Experience with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
