About the RoleWe're looking for a data-driven and curious Performance Marketing Intern to join our growing marketing team. You'll work hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our US-based clients. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in performance marketing, analytics, and client reporting.
What You'll Do- Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Support Meta Ads campaign execution across Facebook and Instagram (awareness, lead gen, retargeting)
- Monitor daily campaign performance budgets, CPCs, CTRs, ROAS, and conversion metrics
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing on ad creatives and copy
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly/monthly client reports
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad assets aligned with campaign goals
- Identify optimization opportunities and flag anomalies in campaign data
- Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
What We're Looking ForMust Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
- Should be flexible to work in US shift hours as required.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (for US client communication)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good to Have:
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (or currently pursuing)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or similar
- Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing
- Understanding of US market consumer behavior
