Quick Smart Wash is a leading laundry & linen management company specializing in campus laundromats, healthcare & hospitality laundry operations, and hygiene-driven fabric care solutions. We focus on quality, technology-driven operations, and customer experience.

The Digital Marketing Intern will work closely with the marketing team to support branding, online engagement, and lead-generation initiatives. The role involves content creation, social media management, research, and campaign support to strengthen our presence in hospitality, healthcare, and educational institutions.

• Support daily management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Broadcast).
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, campaign ideas, and short copies.
• Assist in designing marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Conduct market research on laundry trends, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights.
• Help with content planning for monthly calendars and campaign execution.
• Coordinate brand communications for event sponsorships, tie-ups, and campus engagements.
• Support email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns & lead generation activities.

• Pursuing/Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts & social media trends.
• Strong communication, storytelling & creative thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, video editing apps, or design tools.
• Ability to research, understand target audiences, and build focused content.
