ProAnalyst is a fast-growing startup providing niche Data & AI solutions to clients worldwide. We work on projects involving BigQuery, Azure SQL, Looker, Tableau, and open-source tools. As we grow our brand presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to strengthen our digital footprint and support basic HR coordination.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Intern to manage our social media presence and content initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who wants real startup exposure and is ready to take ownership.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, you will also handle basic HR screening and coordination calls as part of operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Manage LinkedIn and other social platforms, schedule posts, respond to engagement, and grow online presence.

Content Creation: Create engaging posts, creatives, reels, short videos, blogs, and marketing content aligned with company services.

HR Coordination: Conduct initial HR screening calls, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up with candidates.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong articulation.
• Proficiency in editing and design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong creative thinking with the ability to execute structured content plans.
• Good understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in AI-driven content generation tools and techniques.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Comfortable handling HR screening calls professionally.
• Must own a personal laptop
