ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work closely with the Digital Marketing, e-Commerce & Strategy teams at Paulsons. You will get exposure to hands-on experience in performance marketing, website management (Shopify), and WhatsApp/email campaigns while learning how a premium ethnicwear brand operates in a fast-moving digital space. It's a role designed for someone who's eager to learn, proactive, and excited to see their ideas come to life in real campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in launching and tracking Meta and Google ad campaigns under team guidance
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, banners, emailers, and ad assets
- Draft basic ad copies, email/WhatsApp text, and product descriptions as per briefs
- Maintain daily and weekly reports for ads, emailers, and website traffic
- Help with campaign research, offers, keywords, audience trends, and competitors
- Upload and manage products, images, and tags on Shopify
- Ensure collections, menus, banners, and site navigation are updated for campaigns
- Run regular checks for broken links, errors, and out-of-stock products
- Assist in setting up discount codes, timers, and popups using Shopify apps
- Support WhatsApp/email campaign planning and help track performance
- Monitor ad comments and escalate relevant feedback or issues
- Organize creative libraries, performance dashboards, and benchmarking documents
SKILLS & SOFTWARES REQUIRED:
Must Have:
- Excel/Google Sheets (for reporting, performance tracking, and basic calculations)
- Content writing (for ad copies, email/WhatsApp messages, and product descriptions)
- Strong command over written English
- Basic mathematical understanding (to interpret campaign metrics, percentages, ROI, etc.)
- Ability to conduct and summarize research (competitor, trends, keywords)
- Attention to detail and comfort with data and structured documentation
- Ability to follow briefs and manage tasks with deadlines
Good to Have:
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Shopify (product uploads, navigation edits, offers, and apps)
- Email & WhatsApp marketing tools (e.g., BIK, LimeChat, Interakt)
- Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, meta tags, formatting)
- Familiarity with how eCommerce campaigns and funnels work
