Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida . The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels to enhance brand visibility and candidate engagement. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring campaign performance, assisting with content creation, and updating online listings. The intern will help track web and campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights. Collaboration with recruitment and marketing teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging, timely campaign delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for executing campaigns and building brand presence.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for managing digital initiatives and measuring performance.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for creating clear content and collaborating with internal teams.
