Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Noida Region. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to promote the company's services and strengthen brand visibility. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, assisting with content creation, monitoring online engagement, and coordinating basic online marketing activities. The intern will also help track campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare reports, and share insights to improve future initiatives. Collaboration with the recruitment and marketing teams is expected to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist with campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of HR or recruitment services, or willingness to learn about the domain.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media networks, MS Office, Google Workspace); familiarity with marketing or analytics tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ability to manage multiple tasks, and eagerness to build a career in digital marketing.
