About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and organized Social Media Intern. This role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks that keep our social media channels running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the backend operations of social media as well as Creative side.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain content calendar and ensure timely posting
- Monitor and respond to basic comments and direct messages
- Upload and organize content assets (images, videos, captions)
- Track daily/weekly performance metrics and prepare simple reports
- Update social media profiles and bios when required
- Assist in basic hashtag research and competitor monitoring
- Help manage community engagement (liking, sharing, basic replies)
- Support the team with operational tasks like data entry, folder organization, and tool management
- Flag important comments or issues to the senior team
