Digital Marketing Intern

Plexus Management Services is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern, who will support day-to-day digital activities including website updates, social media management, content creation, and basic SEO to enhance online presence and drive engagement.

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Reporting To: Client Acquisition – Senior Associate / Platform Sales Team

Employment Type: Contractual

Key Responsibilities

·      Upload and update website content (blogs, landing pages, basic edits) as per requirements

·      Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms — schedule and publish posts, creatives, and captions

·      Create engaging content such as reels, stories, and posts for social media campaigns

·      Assist in running social media campaigns including boosting posts and tracking engagement

·      Perform basic SEO activities (approx. 1 hour daily) — keyword research, on-page updates, blog optimization, and tracking

·      Monitor and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic

Required Experience

·      Fresher / Entry-level candidates

·      Strong interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn

Preferred Background

Interest in financial markets is a plus

Must-Have Skills / Tools

·      SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

·      SMM (Social Media Marketing)

·      Content creation for social media (reels, stories, posts)

·      Canva or similar design tools

Languages Required

Proficiency in any two: Bengali / English / Hindi

Education: Pursuing Graduation / Graduate (any discipline)

Compensation: INR 1-1.2 lacs per annum
