Our collections are made with 100% organic cotton and designed to move seamlessly through every part of a woman's day from brunch to travel. We are now seeking a Digital & Performance Marketing Intern to strengthen our online growth strategy and help scale our performance channels with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring strong ROAS and efficient budget utilization.
- Support the marketing team in developing and executing the performance marketing strategy, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iterations.
- Track and analyze campaign results using Shopify Analytics and Meta dashboards to derive actionable insights.
- Explore and assist with Pinterest Ads and other emerging performance platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad visuals and video assets using Canva.
- Prepare weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics, learnings, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations relevant to D2C brands.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in digital marketing or performance advertising (brand or agency side).
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify Analytics.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of creative testing, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to work in a fast-paced, creative brand environment.
