Role summary:

Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Andheri (Mumbai)

Total experience: 03 months to 06 months experience)

Role OverView

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the digital advertising space. The intern will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns for multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.).
  • Support in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and suggest optimization ideas.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability for 3 months.
  • Must be based in Mumbai and open to working from the office.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Certification or coursework in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Passion for numbers, online advertising, and performance-based marketing.
