Digital Marketing/ Performance Marketing Intern

Key Roles:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Dive deep into data to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and ad performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Keep an eagle eye on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
- Work closely with the team to optimize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and maximize campaign efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for digital advertising.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- A creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have prior experience running ad campaigns (even personal projects count!)
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certified
- Have a strong understanding of SEO & landing page optimization
- Love experimenting with different ad formats and marketing strategies
