Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in scaling e-commerce brands using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate understands ROAS, CAC, funnels, creatives, and data, and can turn ad spend into consistent, profitable revenue.

This role is performance-first - success is measured by ROAS, sales volume, and growth, not likes or impressions.

1. Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Core Role)

Plan, launch, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with ROAS-driven strategies

Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

Own the full funnel: Prospecting Retargeting Conversion

Daily monitoring of ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPM, and Conversion Rates

Budget scaling decisions based on performance and profitability

E-commerce Growth

Optimize product campaigns for D2C / Shopify / WooCommerce stores

Work closely with creatives (or create briefs) for high-converting ad creatives

Test hooks, angles, UGC, statics, videos, and offer messaging

Improve landing pages and product pages for conversion rate uplift

Analytics & Reporting

Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager

Track and analyze performance data to drive decisions

Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports with insights and action plans

Identify drop-offs and scale winners

2. Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads for e-commerce

Proven track record of achieving profitable ROAS (2x, 3x or higher)

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics

Experience managing 50K - 5L+ monthly ad budgets (or equivalent)

Knowledge of audience targeting, creatives testing, and scaling strategies

Familiar with Andromeda / Advantage+ / Performance Max updates

Experience with COD + prepaid markets (India experience preferred)

3. Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience with D2C or luxury / gifting / jewellery brands

Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and upsells

Email & WhatsApp marketing basics (Klaviyo, WhatsApp flows)

Creative strategy understanding (UGC scripts, hooks, angles)
