Role Overview:
We're looking for smart and passionate Digital Marketing Interns who are eager to build a long-term career in performance marketing. You'll work closely with campaign managers and strategists, supporting them in campaign setup, reporting, optimization, and client success. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to live digital ad campaigns for global brands across industries like D2C, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, lifestyle, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist campaign managers in setting up and monitoring paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and programmatic platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Support in keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting setups.
- Assist in building media plans, ad copies, creatives, and campaign structure documentation
- Help with daily campaign monitoring, data collection, and performance analysis using Excel/Google Sheets
- Create weekly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for client reviews
- Coordinate with internal design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page needs
- Learn and apply conversion tracking, UTM tagging, pixel setup, and attribution basics
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements & Skills:
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, paid ads, and performance media Good understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads (training can be provided)
- Comfortable working on Excel or Google Sheets especially for basic data analysis, filtering, pivot tables, and formulas Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Comfortable with remote work, task ownership, and a fast-paced environment
Bonus:
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (Google Skillshop, Coursera, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio
- Previous internship experience in a digital marketing or media agency
- Familiarity with ad creatives and landing page best practices
