Internship Structure (IMPORTANT)
This is a 6-month structured internship program, designed for serious learners.
• Months 1–4: Learning + Execution Phase (Unpaid)
• Months 5–6: Performance Phase (Paid, based on evaluation)
The paid phase is offered only to interns who demonstrate consistency, ownership, and skill readiness during the first 4 months. This structure ensures fair learning, real exposure, and merit-based rewards.
Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Intern at IIDL Growth Lab, you will work on live marketing initiatives, content execution, research, and growth experiments under close mentorship.
This is not a certificate-only internship.
It is a learning-by-doing program built for real skill development.
What You'll Learn (Months 1–4)
• Fundamentals of marketing & growth thinking
• Content creation & distribution (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Marketing research & competitor analysis
• Campaign planning basics
• Introduction to performance marketing & analytics
• Using AI tools for content, research, and workflows
• Documentation of work and outcomes
Responsibilities
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities
• Create and repurpose content under guidance
• Research trends, competitors, and growth ideas
• Support social media execution and engagement
• Track basic performance metrics
• Maintain documentation of learnings and outputs
Paid Phase (Months 5–6)
Interns who perform well may move into a paid internship phase, where they will:
• Take ownership of specific tasks or channels
• Execute campaigns with minimal supervision
• Contribute to measurable outcomes
• Receive a monthly stipend (performance-based)
Outstanding performers may be considered for long-term roles at IIDL Growth Lab.
