Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Revenue-Focused Growth Marketing
  • Own and manage the end-to-end digital patient funnel (Awareness Consultation Booking Surgery Retention).
  • Drive OPD/IPD consultations, booking calls & surgery conversions across regions.
  • Scale performance marketing across:
    • Google Search
    • Meta Ads
    • YouTube & Programmatic
    • Performance Max (PMax)
    • WhatsApp campaigns
  • Build high-conversion landing pages, microsites, AI-enabled lead capture forms.
  • Optimize monthly targets: ROI, ROAS, CPL, Lead Quality, OPD show-up rate & booking conversions.
  • AI, CRM & Funnel Automation (LeadSquared)
  • Implement & optimize LeadSquared CRM, marketing journeys & auto-dialer workflows.
  • Develop AI-based tools including hairline scanner, voice bot & automated WhatsApp funnels.
  • Improve P1 (first-contact), P2 (repeat patient), and retention funnels using automation.
  • Monitor end-to-end lead lifecycle, agent performance & call recordings.
  • Use predictive analytics & lead scoring to improve conversion efficiency.
  • SEO, Reputation Management & Organic Growth
  • Strategize and execute SEO to rank for India/UK/USA keywords (e.g., best FUE hair transplant near me).
  • Create medically accurate service pages, blogs & FAQ content (1000+ keywords).
  • Improve GMB rankings, local SEO, reviews, ASO (App Store Optimization).
  • Develop international landing pages comparing costs (Dubai, Turkey, UK, USA).
  • Plan doctor-led videos, patient testimonials, before/after content.
  • Team Leadership & Dashboard Management
  • Lead and mentor teams: Performance Marketing, Content, Design, SEO, CRM.
  • Build daily dashboards for:
    • Leads generated
    • CPL & CAC
    • OPD bookings
    • Surgeries
    • ROAS
    • LTV
    • Region-wise performance
  • Conduct monthly strategy review with Leadership (COO).
  • Coordinate with Hair Transplant Surgeons, Counsellors & Call Center Teams for funnel accuracy.
  • Digital Branding & Authority Building
  • Build QHT as a trusted medical authority & global hair transplant brand.
  • Oversee content strategy across:
    • YouTube: Hair science, doctor talks
    • Instagram: Before/After, FAQs, reels
    • WhatsApp: Drip campaigns, reminders, post-surgery care
  • Launch international teleconsultation model and automate full post-surgery journey till Day 180.
Preferred Qualifications

  • 612 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or other high-ticket funnel-based industries.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic
    • LeadSquared CRM automation
    • SEO + Content Strategy
    • Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Strong team leadership & ability to scale multi-region funnels.
Employment Type

Remote Option

  • Fully remote with virtual coordination and weekly review meetings.

Hybrid Option

  • Physical presence required 23 days a week at our clinic office.
  • Regular collaboration with surgeons, counsellors & operations team.
