Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Head, based in Quilon. The Digital Marketing Head will oversee and implement comprehensive digital strategies, lead digital transformation initiatives, and manage multiple marketing campaigns. The role includes the responsibility of analyzing web and campaign performance, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring effective project management to deliver desired outcomes within deadlines.

• Expertise in Digital Transformation and crafting Digital Strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Strong Project Management and Team Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
• Proficiency in Web Analytics to monitor and optimize digital marketing performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Proven experience in a leadership role within digital marketing or related fields
• Knowledge of the education sector or experience in education-related marketing is an advantage
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
