Own and execute the overall digital marketing and digital growth strategy
Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, and marketing analytics
Drive digital customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives

Manage agency partners and external digital vendors
Track and report on digital KPIs, ROI, and optimisation opportunities
Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and emerging technologies
Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in leading digital marketing or digital growth functions
Strong expertise across performance marketing, analytics, and media planning
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with commercial and business acumen
Ability to operate strategically while remaining execution-focused
Prior experience in fast-paced or growth-oriented environments
