Job Description

Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Market-aligned & negotiable; final package will depend on qualifications & prior experience.

Role Overview:-

We are looking for a results-driven, passionate Digital Marketing Expert to take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels and marketplace listings. You won't just be tweaking keywords; you will be the captain of the ship regarding our advertising budget.

We need someone who is comfortable proposing bold budgets, taking calculated risks to scale, and managing end-to-end campaigns across Google and B2B app marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Paid Search & Display (Google Ads)

  • Google Search (AdWords): Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to drive high-intent traffic. Handle keyword research, bidding strategies, and negative keyword lists.
  • Google Display Network (Banners): executing effective banner ad campaigns. You should understand placement targeting, audience retargeting, and how to visually hook a user.

Note: You do not need to be a graphic designer, but you must know what makes a high-converting

banner and be able to direct creative strategy.

  • Budget Management: Propose monthly budgets based on projected ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). You have the autonomy to scale spend when campaigns are winning.

2. App Marketplace Management

  • Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize our product listings on key marketplaces such as Azure Marketplace and AppSumo.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to feature our product in marketplace newsletters, deals, or featured sections to increase visibility.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Use Google Analytics to analyze user behavior flow, bounce rates, and attribution paths to understand why users are (or aren't) buying.
  • Monitor conversion tracking and attribute sales correctly.
  • Provide clear, concise reports on what is working, what isn't, and where the next budget allocation should go.

What We Are Looking For -

Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Banner Ads or Google Ads (Search and Display).

The Risk-Taker Mindset: You are not afraid to ask for a larger budget if you see an opportunity. You are comfortable running A/B tests and accept that not every experiment will win, provided we learn from it.

Marketplace Familiarity: Experience listing products on AppSumo, Azure, AWS, or similar B2B SaaS marketplaces is a plus.

Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Google Analytics(GA4) and Google Tag Manager. You must be able to set your own conversion tracking and events.

Autonomy: You can take a general goal (e.g., Increase leads by 20%) and deploy a campaign without needing to be micromanaged.
