Job Profile

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Campaign Executive whose goal will be to drive programs and strategies to reach customers and organizational goals.

Job Brief

As a Digital Marketing Executive:

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team, supporting teams and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have media strategy and execution experience; love for data driven decision-making, agile approach to media review, optimizations and decision-making.
Should have in- depth digital marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies.
Run effective email marketing, social media marketing, SEM, SEO campaigns etc.,
Experience in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Social Media Optimization, Web Analytics and Reporting.
Ideate and create innovative marketing strategies to facilitate B2B sales.
Conceptualize and manage all digital marketing campaigns and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities
Regular usability checks for English and other language websites for maximum localization impact
Work in collaboration with designers to improvise on the existing websites design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material and email marketing campaigns.
Measure, report and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Requirements

Strong analytical thinking, ability to create test and learn plans, measure incremental results, identify opportunities.
Proactive in recognizing new ideas and bringing them to execution.
Excellent verbal, written and presentational skills with a focus on tangible, measurable recommendations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent research, organizational and time management skills.
The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Banking / Finance Domain knowledge is an added advantage.

Background

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality/error free deliverables.
