scalable, practical healthcare solutions through real-world testing, data, and system-driven execution.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert who can
build and scale HiWox's digital growth engine from scratch.
This role is not just about running ads it's about:
Driving adoption of healthcare solutions
Building trust in a sensitive category
Creating a scalable digital acquisition and engagement system
Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & User Acquisition- Plan and execute:
- Paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Focus on:
- User acquisition (B2C)
- Lead generation (B2B: corporates, gyms, partners)
- Optimize:
Into- Funnel Design & Conversion Optimization
- Build and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Signup and onboarding flows
- Improve:
- Click signup engagement retention journey
- Continuously test and iterate funnels
- Healthcare Trust-Building Content
- Create and scale:
- Educational content
- Awareness campaigns
- Simplify:
- Complex healthcare concepts
- Clear, relatable communication
- Build trust-first digital presence
- Multi-Segment Digital Strategy
- Design campaigns for:
- Gyms performance + recovery positioning
- Corporates productivity + employee wellness
- Home-care users chronic + elderly care
- Customize messaging for each segment
- Data & Analytics
- Track:
- Campaign performance
- User behavior
- Funnel drop-offs
- Use insights to:
- Improve ROI
- Support product-market fit decisions
- Experimentation & Growth Systems
- Test:
- New channels (SEO, communities, partnerships)
- New messaging and creatives
- Identify:
- High-leverage growth loops
- Build repeatable digital growth systems
Requirements- 15 years experience in:
- Digital marketing / performance marketing / growth
- Hands-on experience with:
- Paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Analytics and tracking tools
- Strong understanding of:
- CAC, LTV, funnels, conversion rates
- Ability to:
Bonus (Good to Have)- Experience in:
- Healthcare / wellness marketing
- B2B lead generation
- Exposure to:
- Startup / 01 environments
- Marketing automation tools
