About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms, like FB, Insta, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Analyze website traffic, performance metrics, and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM systems.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize web content for organic growth.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, content strategy.
- Excellent copywriting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint / HubSpot certification.
- Knowledge of design and video editing basics (Canva, Adobe tools).
