Job Description: Digital Marketing Expert (Equity-Based) – HiWoxRole Overview
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Expert with
5+ years of experience who can lead
end-to-end branding, positioning, and digital growth for HiWox. This is a
high-ownership, strategic + execution role focused on building a
credibility-first, innovation-led healthcare brand.
This is not just about running ads — you will be responsible for shaping how HiWox is
perceived, trusted, and adopted in the healthcare ecosystem.
Equity Structure (Important)
- This is a pure equity-based role (no fixed compensation initially)
- 3–4 rounds of discussions → 1-month NDA-based working cohort → Core team agreement
- Equity finalized post funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
- 5-year vesting structure
- Fixed compensation begins post funding
- You will be part of a core 25+ member equity team being built
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Digital Marketing Strategy (Core Focus)
- Define and execute the complete digital marketing roadmap for HiWox
- Build strategies across branding, performance marketing, content, and partnerships
- Align marketing with innovation launches, pilot programs, and partnerships
- Brand Building & Positioning (Healthcare Focus)
- Develop a strong brand narrative around healthcare innovation and trust
- Position HiWox as a thought leader in emerging healthcare domains
- Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints (website, social, communication)
- Thought Leadership & Content Strategy
- Lead content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and professional platforms
- Create insight-driven, research-backed content (articles, videos, reports, podcasts)
- Build authority through knowledge sharing and industry conversations
- Performance Marketing & Growth
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Design funnels for B2B and B2C acquisition
- Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CAC, and conversion metrics
- Go-To-Market & Launch Strategy
- Lead marketing for new product launches and pilot programs
- Design go-to-market strategies for innovative healthcare solutions
- Ensure strong positioning and adoption from day one
- Ecosystem & Partnership Marketing
- Support marketing for institutional partnerships, healthcare collaborations, and ecosystem players
- Build communication strategies for B2B outreach and credibility building
- Position HiWox effectively in industry networks and forums
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics
- Use insights to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy
- Collaborate with product and data teams for continuous improvement
Who Should Apply
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, growth, or brand building
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, deep-tech, or innovation-driven startups is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B + B2C marketing dynamics
- Ability to balance brand building with performance marketing
- Experience in thought leadership and content-driven growth
- Prior startup or 0→1 experience is a strong advantage
