Job Description

  • Zippee is looking for talented Digital Marketing Executive (s) who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels.
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, social media, and website optimization, along with working knowledge of Figma, AI tools, and UI/UX design principles to enhance digital experiences and conversion rates.
  • This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding, unstructured environment, where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we're not for everyone.
  • This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars.
  • Work closely with tech/design teams to enhance website performance and user journey.
  • Create wireframes, landing page layouts, and marketing creatives using Figma & AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT.
  • Apply UI/UX best practices to improve navigation, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor website, SEO, and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Qualifications

  • 03 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B, logistics, e-commerce, or startup environment preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and lead generation.
