Digital Marketing Executive (Coimbatore)

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and scale our YouTube and WhatsApp ecosystems. This role is designed for a digital storyteller who excels at building online communities and driving brand engagement. You will be responsible for end-to-end content production, platform optimization, and fostering a loyal, interactive audience.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Develop and implement data-driven roadmaps to increase YouTube subscribers and WhatsApp community retention.

End-to-End Content Production: Lead the scripting, filming, and post-production of high-quality video content, including tutorials, short-form clips, and live sessions.

Optimization & SEO: Execute advanced YouTube SEO strategiesoptimizing metadata, titles, and thumbnailsto maximize organic reach and discoverability.

Community Management: Act as the primary brand voice. Facilitate discussions, moderate community groups, and host live Q&A sessions to transform followers into brand advocates.

Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Watch Time, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and engagement metrics to refine future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal design teams and external influencers to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).

Platform Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the YouTube algorithm and WhatsApp's Business/Community features.

Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling hooks and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate platform analytics into actionable marketing insights.

Initiative: A proactive self-starter who thrives in both independent projects and collaborative team environments.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 01 years of experience. We highly value candidates with a strong personal portfolio, such as a self-managed YouTube channel or creative media projects.
