About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns to drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, keywords, budgets, bidding strategies, and creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Develop and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to improve lead quality and overall campaign performance.
• Work closely with the creative, content, sales, and business teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics, tracking, and digital marketing trends.
• Continuously test new campaign formats, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
