Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for NB Media Tech and our core EdTech product Vidhvaa. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and brand building across digital platforms.

Job Type: Full-time and Onsite

Work Details:

Mon Sat (9.30 to 6.30 PM)

Required Minimum Work experience: 3 to 7 years in Digital Marketing domain

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other channels.
• Develop marketing funnels to drive user acquisition for the Vidhvaa platform.
• Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan monthly content calendars and brand storytelling activities.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and promotional content.
• Monitor website analytics and optimize landing pages for better conversion.
• Drive app installs and in-app engagement for Vidhvaa.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns for marketing, sales, and product enrollment.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROI, and conversions, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Build strong brand presence for NB Media Tech and Vidhvaa.
• Explore new marketing channels, influencers, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Support offline marketing activities when required.

Required skills

• Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or EdTech preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and YouTube promotions.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Ability to manage Canva, Figma basics, or coordinate with design teams.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

Preferred skillsets

• Experience in managing EdTech campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Understanding of student acquisition funnels.
