Job Description - VelivoHR is looking for Digital Marketing Executive for one of their client who is a leading digital marketing agency in Mumbai.
Location - Mumbai, Maharshtra.
Responsibilities:
- Work with agency principals and clients on execution as well as strategic positioning and planning, including brand repositioning and digital transformation initiatives.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns along with the agency team on their respective brands, including paid media, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Oversee and execute requests in the daily running of the accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as copy, design, media, and more to oversee execution, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Liaison with billing and invoices between the client and agency, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Strategize and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem, which includes strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget, ensuring a proven track record in launching successful digital campaigns.
- Participate in pitch presentations and meetings as and when there is a pitch.
- Actively present ideas to expand service offerings by identifying and proposing new services based on market trends and client needs.
- Be a team player and mentor a young team of executives, copywriters, and designers, developing and leading training sessions to upskill junior team members.
- May include other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- We are looking for a Digital Marketing executive with 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a preference for experience in social media, influencer marketing or other specialised areas.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead by example.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client's business and digital marketing, including strategic planning tools and methodologies (e.g., page insights, competitive benchmarking).
- Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and the ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
- Strong, demonstrated understanding of client servicing and team management.
- Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.
- Should understand the latest trends on social media and their role for the assigned brands, with familiarity of social media analytics.
- Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
- Should have good presentation skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Should be able to maintain and build professional relationships with clients, vendors, etc.
