Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Optimise SEO performance through keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, and content strategy.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyse website traffic, campaign performance, and other digital marketing metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development.

Application Requirements:

• A degree (2:1 or higher) in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
• A compelling and authentic (i.e. not AI-generated) cover letter.
• Essential Skills:
• Deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects, take initiative, and drive results independently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Technical proficiency (especially with software like Word, Excel, and Google Docs).

Desired Skills:

• A good understanding of the learning technologies space.
• Experience in the SaaS space.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, and SEMrush.
